My name is Yulia, and I'm a trainer with over 10 years of experience. I wouldn't call what we do in class yoga in the classical sense, but it's a beneficial cocktail of everything I know, have studied, and am studying. What's in the cocktail? Yoga, Pilates, 3D movements, a little Feldenkrais, and a touch of Thomas Myers.
I believe Pilates is for everyone, and I'm happy to accompany you on this journey.
My training combines a gentle approach with effective methodology, and classes are always tailored to your level.
Yes! Pilates is a gentle and safe practice. I adapt the intensity to your level, gradually strengthening your muscles, and movements become easier and more confident.
We'd all like to see results immediately after the first session, without spending a lot of effort and time. We'd buy a ready-made image of a healthy and vibrant person and happily try it on. But we all know that's impossible, and it's worthless. The answer is to train so much that it becomes a habit, not an event. To develop a habit, you need to overcome resistance, so you need a system and an awareness of the value of the journey. To maintain stability and stay on track, you need to dedicate time to your body at least 2-3 times a week.
This is a matter of mutual respect and valuing each other's time. If an unforeseen situation arises, it's natural to accommodate each other and be understanding. And this is a two-way street. The main thing is that this rule doesn't degenerate into a pattern of devaluation. Therefore, the answer is: sometimes, yes. In cases of systematic postponements and cancellations, it's worth considering the purpose of training together.
Comfortable clothes and an exercise mat. But the most important thing is the willingness to spend time usefully.
